Provisional CBN Licence
Rockshield MFB obtained its provisional licence from the Central Bank of Nigeria and commenced banking operations in October.
2012
Retail Expansion
Rolled out savings and loan products targeted at MSMEs and salary earners across the Matori-Mushin corridor of Lagos.
2018
Digital Banking Launch
Introduced full internet banking, mobile app and debit card services on the Verve, Visa and MasterCard rails.
2021
Recapitalisation & Board Renewal
Successfully met the new CBN capital requirements, refreshed the board and appointed a new Managing Director.
2023
USSD & Corporate Banking
Launched USSD *723*523# banking and a dedicated corporate banking platform for SMEs and cooperatives.
