The Rockshield MFB Board provides strategic direction and oversight over the Bank's operations, ensuring compliance with CBN and NDIC guidelines while protecting the interests of our depositors, shareholders and staff.
Our Board comprises seasoned professionals drawn from banking, finance, law, technology and enterprise. They set the risk appetite, approve annual budgets, and oversee executive management in delivering on the Bank's mission of financial inclusion.
Working closely with the executive team led by our Managing Director, the Board upholds the Bank's core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence and Service — guaranteeing that every decision at the top translates into fair, transparent banking for every customer.

Independent oversight of internal audit, external audit and financial reporting integrity.

Reviews and approves credit exposures above management limits and monitors portfolio quality.

He is a dynamic Senior Financial accounting professional with progressive experience in auditing, banking operations, tax consulting, relationship management and business development spanning over 3 decades.

Olajumoke Oluwadamilola Omojuwa is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a fellow of National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA). She holds an HND in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. Currently undergoing her MBA program at Business School Netherlands. A Certified Microfinance Banker. She has a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) from Enterprise Development Center (EDC) of Pan Atlantic University.
