Managing Director
Oluwatomisin Omojuwa (MCP, MSC, MBA, FCA, FICA) is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is a dynamic Senior Financial accounting professional with progressive experience in auditing, banking operations, tax consulting, relationship management and business development spanning over 3 decades.
He was the Managing Partner, Audit &Tax – Tomi Omojuwa & Co Chartered Accountants from 2018 to 2020. He was also the Group Head of Audit at Silverbird Group from 2016 to 2018. He was the Managing Consultant of Pathlead Consulting from 2013 to 2016.
Mr. Omojuwa was a Senior Manager/Branch Head of Zenith Bank, Oke-arin Branch from 2004 to 2012. He was instrumental to the growth of the branch from an asset base of N200m to over N3billion. He also won various awards including MD/CEO award for the highest revenue collecting branch in Lagos Area. Before then he has worked in various departments of the bank such as Internal Audit, Banking Operations and Marketing. He has a combined banking experience of over 20 years.
Oluwatomisin Omojuwa graduated with a First Class Honours in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, lle-Ife, Osun State in1989. He also holds an MBA (Marketing) and an MSc (Economics) from the University of Lagos.
He holds Microfinance Certification Programme of CIBN with 5 Distinctions in one sitting.
He joined the board of Rockshield in 2021 as the MD after the bank was recapitalized.
Head, Operations
Funmilola Dorcas Fashoyin graduated from University of Ilorin in 2002, having studied business administration, after the completion of her one-year compulsory NYSC.
She started her banking career in 2005 with Freedom Microfinance Bank, as a marketer and her experience cut across all the departments.
She joined Rockshield Microfinance Bank Limited and attained to the level of the Chief Operating Officer in 2012. In 2014 Funmi became the MD/CEO of the bank for Seven years in acting capacity.
Funmilola is a chartered Microfinance Bank Practitioner. Currently running her Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She is happily married.
Chief Financial Officer
Aderinto Olusoji Joseph is a graduate of Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ede in Osun State. He is a seasoned accountant with over 19 years’ experience.
He started his career in 2005 with Mojibola Oluwa & co Chartered Accountant where he practiced for years before joining Rockshield Microfinance Bank as a Financial Controller. In 2014 he joined Federal Institute for Industrial Research Oshodi (FIIRO) as an Internal Auditor where he rose to the position of Senior Accountant before later rejoined Rockshield Microfinance Bank as a Chief Financial officer in 2023.
An Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Certified Microfinance Practitioner by Institute of Chartered Bankers of Nigeria(CIBN) and graduate member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM)
Head, Credit & Marketing
He is dynamic, dedicated, and diligent in his service. He is a goal getter, business analyst, and customer relationship expert and professional.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State.
He started his banking career as an Account Officer with Cedar Microfinance Bank Limited between 2014 to 2021. He became the Wealth Creation Officer Supervisor in 2016 and Operations Supervisor in 2018. In 2019, he grew to the position of Branch Manager.
In 2022 he joined Mayfair Microfinance Bank Limited as the Head of Operations and Later Head of Risk Management Enterprise/Admin.
He has attended several training and workshops.
He holds Microfinance Certification Programme of CIBN.
He joined Rockshield in 2023 as the Head of Credit and Marketing.
Head, Information Technology
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Lagos State University (LASU).
He started his career as an IT Officer in 1Solution Technology a logistic company and later moved to Vixth Ambition between 2007 to 2009. He has attended several training, workshops and conferences. Prior to joining the bank and assuming his current role, he worked with Assets Microfinance bank as the Head IT department for 5years, in 2015 he left to another bank, Magnet Microfinance bank as Head IT.
He has over 10 years banking experience serving in different managerial capacities that cuts across functions as a business-oriented IT professional.
His areas of expertise include Application Support, Database Management, Business Analytic, Information Technology Infrastructure Management, etc.
He is responsible for the alignment of the Bank’s business strategy with technology and driving the business solutions of the Bank.
Head, Legal & Company Secretary
Olubukunmi Quadri is a seasoned Business & Property consultant Lawyer and an Entrepreneur. Her expertise borders round corporate practices, Commercial Law, Business Recovery, Insolvency, Mediation as well as Real Estate . She has handled cases from the Magistrates' Court to the Court of Appeal in Nigeria within and outside Lagos State of Nigeria.
Olubukunmi studied LL. B (Degree) in University of Lagos between 2006 and 2011.
She had a B.L in Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 2012. She was called to bar immediately after her legal education in 2012. She had an Executive Master in project management from Pneuma Management Consultant in 2013. She is a Mediation Advocate having attended the Lagos Multi- Door Courthouse training programme in March, 2022. She started her legal career at Adegbite Stevens & Co, now Canaan Solicitors, Ilupeju bye pass, Lagos in 2012 as a Law intern.
She had her practiced with Josiah O. Ogunwale & Co. between 2013 and 2019 in Ogun State where she rose to the position of head of Chamber in Litigation and property consultant.
In 2020, she joined Ferriswheel Chambers Ikeja, Lagos focusing on litigation, property and corporate practices. In 2021, she joined Rockshield MFB with keen interest in corporate practice.
Head, Human Resources
Mr. St. Joseph Enitan-Daniels is a graduate of Urban Geography and has MBA in Human Resources all from the same school, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. Osun State. Nigeria.
Highly proactive team player, who started his career as Customer and Administrative Officer at DACHEL Interbiz Nig Ltd and later Human Resources Manager at Rockshield Microfinance Bank Limited.
Prior to becoming the Head of Human Resources at Rockshield Microfinance Bank Limited he was seconded to Waverider services as Client Manager.
In 2015 he was confirmed Head Human Resources at Rockshield Microfinance Bank Limited.
Member of other professional Institutions such as Nigeria Institute of Management [NIM] Member, and Chartered Institute of Personal Management [CIPM] Student Membership.
Head, Recovery
Odukoya Oluwaseyi Michael is a graduate of Business administration from OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY, Ago Iwoye in Ogun state.
A purpose driven individual who believes in achieving excellence through diligence, hard work and integrity and has a good negotiating skill.
He started his career with ZEILVEST LIMITED IN 2010 as Relationship officer/Recovery, he later proceeded to MUTUAL BENEFITS MICROFINANCE BANK LIMITED also as DEBT RECOVERY OFFICER from 2014-2016, he’s currently the HEAD OF RECOVERY in ROCKSHIELD MICROFINANCE BANK since 2016 till date.
He has over 10years of experience in Debt recovery management and has attended several trainings and workshops on Debt recovery strategies and managements.
E-Business and Social Media Manager
She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) focusing on Marketing from the University of Lagos. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the same University. Other professional qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing amongst various online courses in Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Social Media Marketing, and Sales Training, Microsoft Excel: Data Analysis with Excel Pivot Tables, Oracle SQL, Python Pro Bootcamp, and Full Stack Web Development.
She started her career as a Customer Relations/ Sales Executive at Visafone Communications Limited, where she rose to Team Lead of a Service Center.
Her areas of expertise include Customer Relations, Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Creation and Management, Social Media Strategy, Email Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Messaging
Elizabeth is very versatile and meticulous. She joined Rockshield Microfinance Bank in March of 2022 with keen interests in Digital Marketing, Customer Relations, and E-business.
Chief Information Security Officer
Oluseyi is a cybersecurity professional with a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Osun State University, Nigeria. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Rockshield Microfinance Bank, He excels in managing advanced cybersecurity measures, including Endpoint Detection and Response, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing. His leadership extends to overseeing the Information Security Steering Committee, developing organization-wide cybersecurity policies, and effectively communicating cybersecurity postures to diverse stakeholders. Additionally, as a proud member of ISC2 (International Information System Security Certification Consortium), he is committed to upholding the highest standards in information security.
Chief Internal Auditor
Abdulganiyu Ope-ifa is a seasoned financial professional with over 10 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance within the financial sector. As Chief Internal Auditor at Rockshield Microfinance Bank, he drives enterprise-wide audits, strengthens internal controls, and aligns strategies with global best practices.
He has successfully developed and implemented enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks, enhanced operational efficiencies, and reduced risk exposure for financial institutions. Abdulganiyu's expertise in regulatory compliance, IFRS 9 implementation, and credit risk analysis has resulted in measurable improvements, including reducing non-performing loans and improving portfolio profitability.
A Chartered Accountant (ACA), Abdulganiyu holds certifications in Non-Interest Banking, Data Analytics, and Microfinance, and is pursuing an MBA in Banking from Bangor Business School, UK. His proactive approach to mitigating emerging risks, such as cybersecurity threats and regulatory changes, has earned him recognition as a trusted advisor to boards and executives.
